Searching for a good FlatFile CMS. Any recommendations?

Hello everyone!

I'm in the process of making a "media/blog/gallery" website. However the requirements that I am looking for are specific. I've already googled alot, and couldn't find one yet that exactly matches with what I want. Maybe somebody here can recommend me one. So here is a list.

Flatfile CMS must have:

SEO friendly
NO SQL, db requirement
Search Option (frontend)
Gallery Plugin/Extension (in cms)
Option to import images from external URL and possibly reformat them in size (easier than uploading cause my upload is like 0.3 mbit, no joke)
