Searching for a front-end web developer. Details inside.

I'm looking for a web-developer that is capable of creating a website for my business that I want to start. The business is a personal project and going to be an adventure as i attempt to pursue my choice and niche in internet marketing. I do not have a massive amount of money to dump into this project, nor do I have a guaranteed business model. Just hope, a skill set, and a dream.

What I would need designed is a responsive website for my "business" which is in the mobile development niche (iOS). Here's what I expect:

• A home page
  • The home page should look very modern and professional, IE9+ support is required.
  • The home page is also the landing page, and must convince the user to use my services.
• A portfolio page
  • ​Should contain a list of projects that have been completed.
• ​A project page
  • ​Contains information about a completed project
  • Contains screenshots of the completed project in a gallery like view
• A reviews page
  • ​Contains reviews placed by various users of my services, each review will be linked to it's respective project page.
• A contact page

My services are as follows:

• Monitored Hosting: Clients can choose to use my partners hosting plans at a discounted price. All hosts are monitored and will have 24/7 maintenance on call at all times. Pricing varies based on application scale.
• Application Development (iOS)

As stated, I only need a front end developer to get the layout and template for everything done. I can implement the back-end for the website myself. I do not need hosting as I have my own servers.

Looking for a quote on website design. Website must be setup with the expectation of the data being fetched through AJAX. Would prefer the website to be written with AngularJS. Looking for quotes. Would also like to see previous works.
