{Searching} Facebook ads agency Gambling

i'm an affiliate in the gambling industry.
I have a telegram channel (tipster) on the french market and i want to promote it through facebook ads but i don't have enough skill to avoid to be blocked by facebook when i launch my ads.
i'm making 7Keuros/monthly at the moment. So at the beginning i will invest small budget (to see if the agency knows how to work); then if it work i can scale and spend 10/20K euros a month.
