    Guys, I found a PA/DA 35+ TF/CF 10+ aged domain 4 years old with no spam.
When I search for it in google it won't show. I dont think it was manually deindexed, cuz its profile is clean. It stopped being updated around 2012, so I guess it just died.

Do you think this domain if bought, can be go be indexed again, and therefore be part of a PBN?

If the domain has no content and is just displaying registrar ads there is a good chance it will be indexed after you buy it and add content. If G doesn't index it you can submit a request stating that you just purchased the domain.

The domain is not displaying any ads. I guess I will need to go with the second option. Thanks

Is there currently any content on the site? If so, and it's not indexed you would need to try adding content and do some indexing. If it doesn't get indexed then do the re-inclusion request.
