I need a bot! The following functions are important!
1. A web interface for me to store data records, email addresses, save created accounts, display bot statistics, etc.
2. The bot should be able to automatically fill out and submit web pages. It should be able to set different UAs, import cookies, etc.
3. Captcha solving
4. Create, retrieve, and confirm emails.
5. Importing and using of proxy servers.
6. Be able to retrieve data records of people online from selected countries.

Have done scraping projects, web apps relating to storage and display, just haven't done anything like email confirmations.
