Hello. i search a wordpress theme for classifieds AND real estate listings (So that users can submit ads for let's say a laptop, and also a house) But i don't found a theme that both classifieds and real estate. Sure i can use a classifieds theme and use custom real estate categories but the problem is the users will not be able to search by rooms, area etc. Do you know a theme made for that ? Or do you know a way to add room/area/other stuff to basic classifieds theme ? I don't know much about development, i'm a beginner.. thank you. p.s : sorry for my bad english it's not my native language
It would really be difficult to find a theme that can support that kind of action. You will have to add a plug-in or search the Web for ready-made tool linked to your business' e-mail address. If you have the budget, you can ask freelancers to set-up the entire website for you.
I had a look at FlatAds theme which is perfect for your purpose, I guess. Have a look at it. I guess it has got everything you need.
You can get someone to design a theme for you; I guess that would be the best way of doing it if you're serious about this. You don't want your blog to look sloppy and patched; you want it to look inviting. I doubt it will cost too much to get a custom theme made for blogger.

Finding a theme that matches your requirement is really difficult. To have such website which you mentioned above, you need to spent some real money to develop a websites that matches your requirement.
