I'm thinking of making Searchable PBN Database (to search all PBN that you can't using in Majestic & Ahrefs)

I think it will help to:

Discover real power of the competitors
Discover untapped niches

Do you think it's good thing to make? It will be worth to sell? Or do you any other idea to make and sell as service or software?

I won't compete Ahrefs... I think that's stupid idea, some of the reasons are the budget and how much their crawlers are smart right now!

You can't do that. If you want to do that, you need to crawl the entire web to find your PBNs (like ahrefs) and by then it would be stupid to keep only 0.01% of what you scrape
