Search volume data. What do you use?

I used to use serprobot.com to get both SERP position as well as search volume for any keyword. But now I noticed that the tool doesn't show search volume data most of the time. So I'm looking for some free/cheap alternatives to get accurate data about search volumes.

What do you personally use and what could you recommend?
