Often when booking offline clients in certain niches, the search traffic really isnt as high as it would be in other potential keywords. What is an ideal minimum search results/traffic when booking advertising for clients offline particularly for local results ?

the line is different for everything. It's all about qualifying your traffic. If you have a very broad term, some of the traffic will not care for your advertising and you will lose money. start as specific as possible and grow until you are getting enough hits IMO.

Really all depends on niche. 100 new law clients would be worth 100x more than 100 new beauty clients.
