Does anyone know where to find real search traffic for PPC campaigns except google/bing?

yes, you are right zandamonium, it will be a great help if you can suggest some.
 
Chitika is also Adsense alternative in PPC. but you better use CPM ad network where you get paid for your traffic.
 
I'd keep away from any of the other platforms like 7search, etc as they tend to have traffic that is spammed to death and more susceptible to ad blindness. Conversions are only harder as you have to do more split testing, but you can still sell something to these people, just that your sales copy has to be flawless.
 
Even Bing sucks in terms of traffic and you are searching for other ? Not worth it.
 
chitika is very expensive for advertisor.

you can go for apnexus, yesup, clicksor, komli, adlabs and many many more.

depends upon what you are actually looking for.
