search results pages in serps?

I would like to create a new site, its going to be an affiliate site but i will cloak links etc to make it look like a real shop.

My question is, how do i get search results pages in the serps?

Say someone searched my new site, for cheap ipads, they would get a results of pages with ipads on it, but how to get this page on the serps. So i can then get this particular page ranking on google for cheap ipads?

Sorry thats not my question i know how to get a site in the serps. But how do i get search results pages in the serps.

Ill show you an example http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&rh=n:1036592,k:nike baseball caps&page=1

all that page is, is a search result. The page isnt optimised for that keyword, i want to know how i can do this with an affiliate site?
