Lately my pc has been acting pretty strange. When I search any keyword using google, then click search results links, it won't go to right websites, often land at "http://search.6topsearches.com/feed?query=xxx".

Anyone knows what's going on? How to stop?

I tried both firefox and IE browser. All same.

I run spyhunter, couldn't find any virus.

Also my computer constantly run "PING.EXE *32" and "svchost.exe *32 system winrscmde", both reach and take huge memory, then force computer shut down or have to stop them via task manager constantly.

Some virus going on on my pc? Why can't detect and remove?

Help please!

Have you cleared your cache, temps, cookies etc?

Definitely a virus, I have seen this few times, could be burried deep as well - I had similar issue a while back and it turned out that the virus was embedded at driver level.

Depending how much you want to mess around, I would suggest the following:

turn off system restore
run malware bytes (in my exp this often picks up stuff other AVs dont)
run combofix (another goodie)
run HJT (if you are familiar) and look for anything suspicios , if unsure, post here
reset IE as well just in case its just a plugin (unlikely)
If that still has not solved the problem, I suggest taking the harddrive out of the PC (if you can) and scan it with malware bytes from outside the OS (IE attach to another PC - this can often solve the issue if the virus is hiding itself.

If you still have no luck after that, reload:)

Thanks for all comments and help.

I did clear cookies and even run ccleaner.

I found it is about browser hijack. Just not sure which one cause it.

I had also faced such problem. When I checked that website, I found a virus redirecting my website to another URL same like yours. Search and remove that virus otherwise crawler will stop to crawling your website

Its a virus and is extreme blackhat. The virus intercepts your google query and redirects to their fake SE. This way they can put any site on top as much as they like.
Who needs SEO when you can hijack people to your own SE.

I downloaded some stuff here. Not sure which one may cause it.

Try to uninstall all web browser plugin, so far still redirect or hijacked to other sites. It is terrible.

Have you ran malware bytes? If not, give it a try. Also you could post hjt log here I'd be happy to take a look at it.
