i think its impossible with native application
U need a parser of IG users. Need database of IG users with biography data, for this use instagram API.
I think anybody have this database - like iconosquare, try to write in support, i think they can make this search option, it's easy if you have database of users.
It's interesting idea, you can filter by country/city for example

Yeah what this guy said. Simply write iconosquare's support and they'll gladly add this feature to their site next day.........

This method is unrealistic, but it's worth a try
I have no idea how to do this. Try to ask support of any not popular site who have instagram viewer, maybe they sell you database of users, or make this for money, lite version only userid:biography.Then it's not working try to find china programmer who can make for u IG parser.
