Search function glitched

Been having some problems searching this evening. I have to reload the page and go back into the search and research it before it works.

Yea,It's getting me nuts.I have this problem for a while,not only today.
I understand the script it's for stoping bots from harvesting,but c'mon,don't affect your regular users with updates,be smarter ffs,that's why we're on bhw.

It happens to me all the time. Thought its there to lower serverload.

What happens is that every time you retry when the 15 seconds are not over, the counter adds 15 aditional seconds, resulting in this.

I've been using google to search BHW lately due to this. Pretty irritating.

I made a custom google search engine for BHW if anyone wants it.

Ah, that definitely works too. I just coded a GSE so I don't have to type the code in anymore. Plus it searches other IM forums as well.

You would think BHW would have a CGSE by now.

I get this message all the time. sometimes it says Please try again in 80 seconds.

But it dosent seem to matter because i just immediately hit the search button again and for some reason it works

I thought it was for server load? Also happens when you hit new posts. But the forum was pretty damn slow and annoying a month or 2 ago. If this stops the slow forum (which it has been good to me lately), then I'm all for it.
