For your own RSOC feed, Either you have to stablish a connection with an account manager from google or you need an old ad sense which has enough impression and visitors already (there is a threshold of visitors within 60 days to get the AFS option enabled under AdSense which is basically RSOC feed. many people also selling AFS/RSOC feed now a days. you can buy one of that which is a short and fastest way to get it but be aware, there are too many scammers are trying to sell this type of accounts and surly they can put you in trouble if you will deal with them. so make sure you use a escrow service for this kind of purchase or you can even look for it here too. i think there are few people in BHW too who wanna sell their AFS/RSOC accounts.
