Without PVA your accounts get banned very fast.

Get a Proxy, VPS and PVA´s for the start.

PVAs last longer. Non-pvas get banned very fast or get limited. I had few non-PVA accounts and after a day or two I couldn't send any friend request. You will need proxies too. You can't have that many accounts from one ip. Thousands of accounts would need a lot of work and cost to manage.
