I am in desperate need of a tool or script, free or paid, that allows me to enter a website URL and see all the pages and keywords that it is ranking for. I am not looking for a tool to enter a domain and keywords. I want to be able to enter a domain and see how it is ranking.

This is for SEO clients, bot potential and current. I need a new reporting tool to send out to them on a consistent basis.

The tool currently in my sig is offering free sign up atm. I am sure it will serve you good.
They are implementing email alerts within a few days but you can already make pdf report by a push of a button to send out to your clients...
 
You could use Rank Tracker from "Power Suite" which you can download here in the forum and Market Samurai (download available as well).

These are good tools and fairly accurate. I say "fairly" because sometimes the Algo change and until they update their tools you can be a little "off."

But this happens to most of the tools...:)

Basically the tool I am looking for allows you to enter a domain URL and get a list of all the keywords it ranks for the positioning and the landing page I am not looking to input my own keywords, but rather show companies missed opportunities of keywords. Will $$$

Not going to happen. Keyword research is best done by humans.. not software.
 
I'm not sure there is such tool at all.
How the tool would know all possible keywords in order to check for them?
A tool could check for a limited amount of keywords at its best.
 
yes a tool that generates a report of say 100 keywords that the domain is ranking for. I have many SEO companies come at me with reports of keywords like this and when I ask them to run it for other sites i receive the report within minutes

Ok, but most probably the keywords are somehow entered in advance, I don't think they could appear from nowhere. If this is done automatically by the tool then it's probably based on some random keywords and it is not guaranteed that these keywords are the most appropriate ones for the particular site.
 
Anyone have a script or tool that allows you to input a website URL and see all the keywords (or some keywords) they are ranking for on the various search engines? I am willing to pay for this
 
Like someone said above, without a list of keywords to go off of, you're basically forced to search every keyword in the world. Best bet would be to use Google's keyword tool to see what keywords you're trying to rank for (by adding your website and clicking search) and then use something like Rank Tracker to track those. You could also use the Wonder Wheel to spread your searches out even further by getting all the related keywords for each keyword you have.

SheerSEo is a very good service. You can track your ranking over a period of time. Try their trial and see if it is what you are looking for.
 
The people who say this is impossible are thinking the other way around. Why would you do searches on google with zillion keywords to see whats coming up in behalf of the website? All you have to do is scrape the website for keywords and find out where they are ranking at.

This is exactly what keywordspy does. You can also check out spyfu as an alternative.
 
Try this tool... With paid program it will show you ranking for any site... You can try searching for free, it will display few results without need of signup...

For creating report I will suggest you to get LinkAssistant and IBP from download section... Both tool are good and will help you in other aspect of SEO, tracking and generation of professional looking reports...
 
KeywordSpy is definitely worth it's weight in gold. I know of a way to get a discounted monthly membership as well. If anyone is interested just hit me up via PM.

I was thinking about this way but it is not exactly the same thing.
Usually you would rank for many keywords that are not directly targeted in the content of your page (or let's say that are not consecutive or even not presented at all on your page). In fact, usually you will rank better for them. Of course, they bring low volume traffic but still it's traffic. If you want to include those searches also then again the number will be close to "zillion" :)
