[ Search Engine Optimization / Keyword Researching / Micro Niche Sites Tips ]

Hi there , i just purchased a micro niche site service and they just sent me some keywords , asking whether i am ok with them. I wasnt that sure how i was going to evaluate whether they are good or bad keywords , so i decided to ask some members here. Some suggested Traffic Travis , so i went with it. Below are some screenshots of the keywords they gave me. I hope you guys can help me figure out whether these keywords are worth progressing with. Im just hoping i can earn a few bucks from these sites. Thanks in advance !

CEXT :Number of sites linking to domain from country (Top level domain ) of initial search

I have to pick 6 keywords out of this 12 , in your honest opinion , which 6 should i choose ! Appreciate your help guys !

Keyword 1 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $1.01


Keyword 2 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $2.11


Keyword 3 : 6,600 searches , Cpc : $2.10


Keyword 4 : 1,900 searches , Cpc : $1.07


Keyword 5 : 9,900 searches , Cpc : $2.44


Keyword 6 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $5.98


Keyword 7 : 1,600 searches , Cpc : $1.04

Keyword 8 : 4,400 searches , Cpc : $1.87


Keyword 9 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $1.17


Keyword 10: 1,600 searches , Cpc : $1.98


Keyword 11: 1,300 searches , Cpc : $1.00


Keyword 12: 1,000 searches , Cpc : $3.64


I am also concerned about the competitors page rank who are in first page of google right now. Page Rank Versus Backlinks , which should i be more concerned about.

I have to pick 6 keywords out of this 12 , in your honest opinion , which 6 should i choose ! Appreciate your help guys !

But what about the competition on google's first page , even though it has alot of searches , if i cannot outrank competitive sites , i still wont earn , so isit advisable to go for the lower searches ( lower competition) keywords? Im confused

I haven't looked at the stats, but here's the basis I chose my keywords on:

1. High searches
2. Low competition (<30k)
3. Higher cpc
4. TT rating of "Easy" or "Very Easy" or "Relatively Easy".

well . 2 months ago I went for a keyword with 12k exact searches... and Traffic Travis said that it would be extremely difficult to get on #1...... But after 2 months I was on #2.
I only used 3 unique articles... plus some senuke x, scrapebox, xrumer blasts.

and think at that part if you are going for the 1k searches/month keyword and you are ranking #1.... than for the 9k exact searches keyword... you can get the same traffic ranking on #3 #4.... and for the 9k keyword you can improve your ranking but for 1k keyword you are already on #1 ... so you are stucked at those earnings.

I just told you my opinion... You decide now what to do

How on point is your SEO? What are your end goals? Are you just wanting to make $5 per day or $50? How much time/money do you have to invest? Sometimes it's better going after the harder keywords with the most CPC if you're in it for the long term. Determine your goals first before choosing any of the KW's.

I dont have extremely ambitious goals , as you can see this is my first time going in Adsense trying to earn some money. So i guess im just hope to earn $5 a day from each keyword . $5 x 6 sites X 30 days would make me $900 a month , thats 3,000 back in my country !
So if you were to ask me whether i want to earn more but takes far more work to rank or earn a fair little amount but its easier to rank , i will go for the second one. I rather rank easy keywords , EARN and reinvest . Then working my ass off for some higher search keyword ! Thanks !
