Search Engine IPs

Hi all, been a lurker for a while.

Does anyone know any services that simply offer the search engines (primarily focusing on Adwords and Bing Ads) global IP addresses - offices and bots.

We want to create our own cloaking system (in-house usage only) , but need a completely up-to-date refined list of IP addresses in order to ensure it works. Of course, we expect to pay for this privilege.

That kind of information is both public and private, you can find a lot of IPs and user agent list with a simple Google search but the search engines have lot of hidden IPs that no one will tell you simply because that's how they make money (ex: Cloaking services) and if they release that kind of information they will have a lot of competition or for the search engines themselves if they post them publicly they will not be able to caught the spammers.

there are some services that cloak but they ask you hundreds of dollars a month and its all because they clain to know the ip's

How reliable are these services?
Search engine bots always identify themselves with a user agent and if they don't, then it'll be extremely difficult to find their IPs unless you create honeypot sites.

Best way in my opinion, would be to do some heavy filtering and only allowing completely identified traffic instead of specific IPs.
I'm not an expert on the field so please correct me if I'm wrong.

These things are need of spammers, i personally dont like such activities which are making some great results in few days but its not genuine, these cheating tips and tricks are not long lasting. Please provide some constructive and new method here to help the people in SEO

The services are unreliable. Plus, search engine reviewers won't ever access from their offices. They'll check your site via a 4G connection or their home fiber/adsl. Detecting engine reps correctly by IP is going to bite you.
