Search engine/affiliate site bought

I bought a brand new site that has a ppc search engine in a popular niche. The site has great branding, catchy domain, sweet logo, great niche, etc. I'm using about 7 affiliate programs including cj, amazon, click bank and other niche related programs. My own PayPerClick search engine, other webmasters can place my site searchbox on their sites, I pay them only when they make me money).

What should I do first? What should I do next and what should I do after that and that? I have a plan of attack but advice is needed from a b hatter
