Search Console - Should I use it or Not?

GSC shows some useful data, but don't trust it as your sole source. Get into Bing and other search engines webmaster consoles as well, they show you other errors and crawling issues that GSC hides from you.

Remember the purpose of GSC is to keep you in the dark about SEO. Their data is like 1 year old, full of random noise injected and meant to keep you in the dark.

Bing webmaster tools shows more data, you should use it too.

Analytics : the only reason to use it is because clients demand it. Also for site sales, buyers will want to see it. So until people grow a brain and stop giving Google all this data, you'll probably be forced to use it. Though I obviously recommend against it if you can.
