Search Console Mass Link Removal

Hello! Recently one of my sites suffered an invasion, with 3.6 million pages (thanks china) generated within minutes. To top it all off Google did me a great favor of indexing every single page (ironic right) and now I have a bazillion pages totally harming the site.
Is there a way to efficiently remove those? The pages are gone, the site has been recrawled many times but still the indexed links do not disappear (ironic right). I even tried an extension that bulked it in a CSV file, but the best run I had was 540 daily.
I know in the long run they are going to disappear, but I really can't afford this long run, must have them removed asap.

Google can determine spam links and devalue them. I got spammed to death with some GSA links before and didn't take any impact what so ever. If you have proper onpage seo and other good looking links, I think you should be fine.
