wtf. Anyone seeing the following
"quota exceeded
Sorry--we couldn't process this request because you've exceeded your daily quota. Please try submitting this again tomorrow."

AFTER ONLY 2-3 INDEXING REQUESTS?

don't worry this is not a major issue. just try after few hours. Also you can remove the domain from your GSC and verify again then it's works for you perfectly.
 
It happens sometime. Wait for some hours and try again. If it still show this error you can add property again.
 
Today is 18 Nov I am facing a similar quota exceed I don't know is there any solution for this.
 
In their status dashboard they say it's everything good with the indexing but it wouldn't be the first time they have these temporary bugs they don't even mention. See if it continues to happen in a day or two, and if it does, try asking this in the Google community forum
 
Yeah, it happens sometimes. Also the annoying "Oops, something went wrong" which counts for quota usage.

BTW I've been curious, does everyone have indexing requests quota of exactly 11 requests per day? I have it on multiple gmail accounts.

I think it's fixed now. At least for me it is.

i face same issue but it not a big deal just remove it and add it again it should be solved
 
I'm getting this quota exceeded error on intial request everyday i can't even request atleast 1 url also i submitted the sitemap it says 401 urls which is correct but its not indexing them as well in september it indexed 17 urls which i manually did using request indexing button but now its not even letting me request manually nor indexing the urls itself and i've checked everything in my website there are no errors every is pretty fine i even removed the property and re submitted it but still same :( please help me if anyone knows a fix for it
