Would like to check with you guys if you know anyway to search by video same way done to image search?

Not sure but how about taking a screen from that video (preferably the thumb if possible) and doing an image search?

Reverse Video Search is theoretically possible but will require lot of resources even Google has not implemented it yet for public use. However they do have content ID matching system in Youtube for recognizing duplicate videos.

I was wondering the same few years ago... Expecting this to happen anytime soon by Google..

Yes.. But content ID is not fully flexible to find all the duplicate videos.. I see a lot of videos uploaded with cropped and resized little smaller and moving left, right, up and down to escape from YouTube filter may be.. We can expect Google to sort this out soon..

So in others words still not possible.
saw this https://www.google.com/videohp and thought might be a way to search for videos through it.
