Search Bar filter... filter results by most recent posts?

I have a few awesome Mobile App methods I'd like to share, but don't want to share duplicate information. When I search for "app method" in the top search bar I obviously get all posts related to this, but it pulls information from 2010 and beyond.

Is there a way to search all threads and then filter by the most recent threads (not recent comments)?
