Search Assist in Y and G

I just noticed my competetion has 11 different entries in the search assist. Each entry is a slightly different version. There is no way this happened naturally. I think this is a great way of grabbing traffic. Has anyone had any expereince in this?

Search Suggest has been out with Yahoo for about a year now, and Google released it like two weeks ago I think. It's been in their Google Labs forever though.
Essentially Search Suggest is an auto-complete feature that mines their databases for commonly searched phrases and attempts to match them through AJAX to what you're typing.
Search Suggest is about search terms, not sites. To get into Search Suggest you'd need to have a lot of people querying a term.

I think this is a great way of grabbing traffic. It seems like there must be a way to emulate the searching of many people. I don't know, may be not?

I imagine it comes from toolbar queries and regular search box queries, which are then compiled into an auto complete database every so often.
