search arbitrage / meta CPC x5 from EPC

Hi. Started doing search arbitrage, I create ad campaigns in meta, so far none of my campaigns have been even close to successful, the conversion price is always 5-7 times higher than the payout from google. Perhaps someone could give me 5 minutes of their time, I would be very grateful!
