Find college campuses and put up signs on the public kiosks and buildings around there. You won't get shot, and college kids love that crap.

Far out, been a while since I updated this. Finally checked it out. Apparantly they were only getting around 40 regulars a week in the cafeteria. Shit aye? Well the ad has now moved to the womens toilets where they get 700 regulars a day

It is still acai berry burn, and it pays $38 cpa, it's on convert2media.com owned by an ex member here named Ruck.

Offline advertising is something most good affiliates look into. It can generate TONS of money and although sometimes it may cost more money, the risk is worth taking. God luck in your adventures and be sure to post your results!
