SE Nuke Extracting & Scraping Content

I know all of you aren't creating unique articles and content to use in Se Nuke. So where are you getting it from???

Se Nuke has a download seed article function built in. But is it ok to just take those articles and spin it, then just go crazy everyday submitting it to all the web 2.0 sites and article directories?

If you join the members forum, there is a thread that gives you an exact breakdown of what kind of content gets you what kind of results. It's quite obvious though...unique content = better. It doesn't get anymore complicated than that, trust me.
