.se.com & .de.com domain for SEO

Im considering to buy a .se.com and .com.de domains and to seo them on very competitive keywords in google. Why i don't purchase the .de and .se , simply because of 2 reasons, the first is that the names im looking for are already taken, the second is because these extensions require all sort of certificates to register them which i don't have.

As far as i understand it is that .se.com and .com.de are not real extensions, they are actually subdomains of .com . Will they be as good as .de and .se extensions or no chance with them in seo. Will be glad to hear opinions about it as i don't have experience with this one and i don't see the se.com & .com.de in google results.

If you are trying to rank pages in Sweden or the Federal Republic of Germany then you may have some trouble not using the true .se and .de TLD's. If your pursuit of them (or in this case the domains that look similar) is purely an issue of vanity so that users will think they are associated with those country specific TLD's then maybe it will work.

Google often considers the geographical location of a site in its ranking for foreign queries. More on that here,
