What is the best strategy to avoid being scrubbed/shaved by affiliate/ad network?

From my understanding it all comes down to the affiliate network that you deal with. If this is the case, which are the best ones to deal with that do not participate in this activity?

Definitely the network you choose, also the quality and quantity of your traffic will play a part. If you are a big player they may not risk it on some networks on others they may do it because there are more leads so they are less likely to get caught.

Just try and stick with big reputable networks and make sure you keep in contact with your AM

Find new companies that has just started up. They usually don't tend to scrub, because they need the initial momentum.
