Scriptcloaker scammed me

he was supposed to do a job for me he got a deposit and he disappeared, don't do business with him

Please post the BHW username of the person and some chat conversations for proof.

His username is scriptcloaker, we exchanged mails and then we moved to Skype to discuss the job, we agreed on the price, he wanted full price upfront I said no and we agreed on a deposit($50.00). I initiated a paypal as services, he used a name as gidayawan online services, he didn't want it as services, he wanted it as personal, he refunded the $50.00, I initiated as personal and he disappeared. no recourse with PayPal as it is personal. he scammed me for $50.00

You don't show where you paid him - only where you say, "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support."

He's just done the same to me. He also goes by Custom Built. I'm deeply saddened by what just happened.
