What helps me is to split the video into different sections within the same topic. That way you don't generate a script for 10 minutes, but rather 4-5 scripts that only last a few minutes. Makes it much easier.

You can take your 5 minute script and ask an AI to expand and make it more engaging or give it bullet points and ask to expand them, it might not be 1 click for a 10 minute script but an AI can help you a lot.
Ye Ik but those copywriters won't be specialised in the youtube niche and therefore won't know how to keep an audience engaged.
Ill still consider it though

This right here. Before writing your script, split it up into several chapters on paper or inside a notepad. Write about each of those chapters and you'll see that you'll be hitting the 8 minute mark a lot easier that way. It's better than winging it from the get go because I would usually fall short in the end. Also someone mentioned ChatGPT, this is a good idea. I've been using it for my videos like for example, I am explaining a certain place like a national park in the video, I would use ChatGPT to generate that content with some edits which would already put me at the 2-3 minute mark pretty quickly. Obviously, I don't use it for the entire video but a small section which always helps with some filler content if needed.

I recommend you to inform yourself and get more knowledge about the topic of the Video. If you truly know what you are talking about, it shouldn't be difficult to write a 1500-word script... But it's not easy, I struggle with it too!
