Script to manage centralized Links on my Pages (for Example in Footer)?

Hi Guys,
I am searching for a Script which I can include into my Projects and which can help me manage my Links for example in some Footers or on some single Pages. It should handle this centralized from one Place, even if my Sites are spread all over the world. Good Idea would be to use Tags to group the spreaded Links.

Is there anything like that around?
