Script to Make Unique Versions in Bulk of Any Video

I had a slick little free app that would create multiple versions of a video but I can't find it for the life of me.

It was very simple:

1. Upload a video to the app
2. Tell it how many unique versions you want
3. Click the button

It spits them out very quickly.


Anyone have something like that handy?

I have done a search here but did not find what I was looking for.
