Script to get people to leave my site?

Hello,
I'm looking for a script similar to a wordpress plugin for cookies entitled 'Cookie Warning'

Basically, a box pops up when a user visits the site and asks if they want to stay or return to the previous page.
Does such a script exist in HTML / JS ?

(it probably does but I don't know what it's called so am having trouble finding it)

I'm sure it would be really easy to write a javascript popup at the start of the page. A simple alert where one button takes you back to the previous page.

Thanks for that - In the end I think i'll just use a different web page to do it ; I researched them further and a HTML page would suit my needs better

I do not have much experience about this but i obviously wanna know about this. This really would be very useful tool to use. So try to do properly.
