Is it possible for us to supply our own csv sheet using Google form and the script will create a Google sheet by:
1. deleting specific columns (say 3, 5 and 7)
2. Rearranging the columns ( e.g. 9 comes 1, 4 comes 2 etc.)
3. Putting a new header based on the template we provide It will use all the data mentioned in the supplied. But it will change the arrangements and delete unnecessary columns from the supplied csv file.

2nd Phase Once the new sheet is created, we'll then supply other csv files to input different values in each of the row in that created sheet!
This is the second phase.. But let us talk about the first. Is that possible?
If it is not possible in Google sheet, can we create a csv or excel file based on our supply csv file but with custom arrangement of columns?
