Script to add twitter accounts to a certain list

Heu guys,

I'm not considered myself an expert in coding. In fact, my knowledge is little. I need to perform the following action in twitter. I enter a certain words in the twitter searched, for example one or two words like shepherd dog and the name of an account, let's say doggydog.
I need to add all that people that appear on my screen after realized the searching into a certain list.

Is there any easy way to perform this?

I will love the one that could give me a solution to my problem hahaha.
