script or program to change twitter name and picture

i have 1000 twitter accounts
and i want to update acconts names and picture and bio
i have that names in txt file
and pictures in folder
i want software or Script to do this

I can make one to do that, using php. I am good with their API too, but we can use their API because then you would need to authorize each account.

Well, I hope you know if you use a script to do that, that means all accounts will be logged in from the server ip, unless there is proxy support.
