Script.open 2 or 3 windows on mobile web browser

Hello colleagues, is it possible today to create a script that when a person clicks on a button in mobile version, 2 or 3 pop-up windows or 3 windows open automatically in the web browser?
I'm asking Chat gpt but he tells me that today with the policy restrictions in browsers and especially in mobile does not let you open 2 windows, that's true?

You may be able to still do this with javascript, using an onclick event on a link to open up another window when it's clicked. Browser security is a lot tighter than it used to be though so YMMV.
