Is it possible to create a javascript that temporarily blocks someone one facebook and tells them that you deactivated the account, when you really havent?

Great way of banking by people to make them complete the surveys.

To your question : It can't be done. How will you do if you don't even have access to Facebook servers nor user's browser.

No ! no ! no !! Not possible for facebook ! If that was possible then ... a LOT OF THINGS WERE POSSIBLE

ITS not possible.
But you can create a plug in/extention something for chrome or mozilla where when a users types facebook.com you can ask them to complete a survey or something before they can access facebook.
