Script for Page Likes Accept & Reject friends

i dont know coding i tried the console method but it said you got an error or i think it also isn't working
i want help i am using toolkit to invite friends on my pages gets blocked temporaraily
tried the chrome extension & it worked for 150 invites to a page
tried the accept friends for toolkit fb is saying to disable account
if you have a working method that you are using these days is free and has a video preferrably please share with me
can anyone help me out with this please i need help
