Script for configuring wordpress

I launch 10-15 mini sites every month and it can be sometimes consuming customizing setting for those mini sites.

Is there a script out there that I can use to configure new wp blogs ?

What do you mean by configure wordpress? Change the default admin password, Fill out your profile, Clear the default blogroll, Delete the "Hello World" post and many more are all part of configuring wordpress.So what do you mean by that? or do you mean install?
