I am looking for a bad ass tool that can clone a website and as well extract the database.

I suspect that you are looking for something simpler and more intuitive, but Scrapy is a great tool. You can re-create a database pretty quickly, if the data is being publicly exposed, but you would have to be more specific in regards to extraction.
