Depends what you comment out.
I dunno if this particular script that you bought downloads certain files from Envato's servers. If it does, theres no way to crack it. You will need to purchase a license key from Envato to get it working.
Looks like you just got scammed in the name of a nulled plugin. Somebody prolly just downloaded the files and sold it to you as a "nulled plugin".

Commenting that out won't do anything. Will just remove that text from the dialog.
Also , what does clicking on the cancel button do? Can you upload this plugin somewhere so others in this thread can help you?
