Script advice for customized video site

Hey gang

I'm developing a website for selling packages of customized videos. I'm trying to find a solution where I can sell various qty packages. Ideally, it should have:

• automatic signup after pmt through Paypal
• a back office where they can submit a form with the details for each video
• tracking or count down of remaining video requests left (based on the qty they bought)
• affiliate program integration (just signed up with JVZoo).

Is there a script / program that anyone knows about that can manage this? Or multiple scripts that could work together? Or do you think its a custom job? I just don't want to reinvent the wheel.

Probably you are looking for something custom, in this way you can always add up more stuff that you will need. If you just purchase a ready made script to do what you want (which I do not believe that exists), then every time you will have to hire a developer to help you add additional functionality to it and you will have to pay more cash, than you would have payed, if you got it custom made by the beginning.
