Hi guys,

Just happened that I found an optimal product. After a buyer bid and purchased, I had to cancel the transaction for various reasons. I refunded him, but the buyer rejected the cancel transaction case.

I don't want to send this douche a freebie. Do I report him?

All help is appreciated.

send him a empty envelope with tracking, then he can open an item not as described, therefore cancelling the transaction

You could call their phone support which can help sometimes with stuff like this.

They have lost a lot of business so the support is getting better. :-)

tell ebay that you want to cancel the transaction , dont ship anything if he opens a dispute then refund him and its over

defo contact Ebay. Don't let him get away with it.

Ebay Customers can be difficult.
If it is a stealth account then sure sending a empty package is
fine as long as you can send it with a anonymous return address.
But if it is your real account then call ebay.

UPDATE.

I looked at the details of the cancel transaction case and he said to me "I believe you have it, but you don't want to sell it at this price, If you don't you'll be blocked from eGay forever"

Is this feedback extortion?

That probably doesn't qualify as extortion, since he's just expressing his (mistaken) opinion. eBay Support should be fair as long as you've got a good explanation. You can't please everyone.

Success! Gave eBay support a call and they took care of it in 2 minutes.

He's gone! :D

Good Work! Way to not cave into the Buyer's demands. I bet he was highly irritated that his complaining didn't pay off.
