[Screenshot] Please Critique This Local SEO Prospect Client Case

This is an example of a client I want to go after for local seo services. Click the images below to see a screenshot. If you want to see the direct page go to google and search for "Windsor Gardens Hotel, U.S. 1, Palm Beach Gardens, FL".

I have noticed the following opportunities:

• Business is not claimed
• Bad Reviews
• No Videos
• Overall SEO is 30 / 100 (hubspot website grader)

Do you see any other opportunities that I can go after for a client like this? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

I would stress how important it is for them to have their listing claimed to avoid it being hijacked.

They haven't claimed their places page, but they did load photos onto it (the photos are not optimized). They have a new website that looks good, but I'm sure it does little in converting leads into customers. There is no call to action. No capture form. They don't even tell the visitors where they are located on the top of the page. They indicate in a tab at the top of their webpage that they have a mobile site. This 'site' is a redirect to a service that hosts the mobile site. The mobile site is short of pathetic, it doesn't work on mobile.
-Title not optimized
-meta description not optimized
-Keywords not optimized (their keywords are the name of the hotel!)
-Improper use of <h1> and <h2> tags
-6 of 13 images do not have alt tags
-no robots.txt
-no sitemap.xml
-no geotags
-no favicon
No Facebook Page!!!!

I only looked at their presence for a few minutes, and found a ton of problems. The reputation issues are a simple fix. I can not find that they are currently spending money on advertising (number 1 in my book for qualifying a prospect). So it will be difficult to suggest they transfer some of their current marketing expenses to you. From what I can tell, they have recently upgraded their website through an inexpensive web design and internet marketing firm. The horrible mobile site is through a very inexpensive service as well.
I think they may not want to spend money on marketing. When people don't understand ROI on marketing investments, it is almost always impossible to convince them to spend money. If you know somebody that works there, or have a personal reason to help, then do so.
I recommend passing on this prospect and say "Next".

Run for the hills, the newbs are coming! Quite the nonsensical post that contributes nothing aside from inflating your post count

to the OP - you can easily offer this client ORM services - reputation management as AP mentioned - although I feel it is a higher priority in this case over SEO services. they clearly need an online makeover and customers will check the reviews before booking - see 7878's post on this topic. It's a pretty legit post. Might want to think twice before posting enough info to expose your lead.
