Screen Scrape and upload

Hi guys i am looking to automate a couple of mature sites.

what i am looking to achieve is a way of scraping data on a regular basis from a few sites and having this uploaded on a regular basis to my site.

I would also like autobloggin set up on my site as well. if you ahve experience doing this and can assist get in touch!
