Screen resolution with mobile proxy using Multilogin for FB

I use Luminati mobile proxies with Multilogin to farm FB accounts. In your experience is it necessary to fully pretend you're a mobile user and create a mobile profile in Multilogin or can you just create a regular profile with large screen resolution? Will it trigger any red flags if I use the mobile proxy with a Windows OS and PC screen resolution?

Since I need to run ads with those profiles having just a small mobile screen resolution is super impractical.

A general tip with facebook: you can never do enough. They're really strict on fake/multiple accounts, so keep that in mind.

Thanks. So better to work with mobile screen resolution for now? Although if I use the mobile proxy with desktop resolution it mimics the use of a mobile hotspot on a desktop, so I guess it also might be ok, no? After a bit of time I think I might switch from mobile proxy to static residential. Worst case I guess this might trigger an ID check and I will fake the document if needed.
